Errors in the flow
When an error occurs, a corresponding icon apears next to the target flow on the "Flows" page.

On the target flow settings page (guide to creating a flow), if there is an error, its detailed description will appear at the top of the page.

Types of errors and how to fix them
The country selected in the flow is missing from the offer:
  • Check the target offer card to see if the selected GEO is indeed missing.
  • If the GEO is unavailable and you want to work with it, you can contact the support team with a request to find an advertiser for it.
No active landing pages in the flow:
  • Check if a landing page is genuinely not selected in the flow (this can happen if the flow was created with a landing page that has already been disabled).
  • Select any other landing page available for the target GEO.
The domain linked to the flow does not point to the OneCrypt server:
  • Check if the domain selected in the flow is parked to the affiliate network (for example, here or here);
  • If the domain is not parked strictly to our affiliate network, verify the correct parking according to the guide and re-park it.
The domain linked to the flow has expired:
  • If the expired domain was purchased from OneCrypt, you can contact the support team and request them to check the domain's expiration date.
  • Renew the domain, or park/select a different domain.
If, after checking the error, you find that it is not relevant (for example, a missing landing page error, but an active landing page is actually selected in the flow), try resaving the flow; the error may disappear after this. If the error persists, contact the support team.
