You can set up a global postback. To do this, go to your profile on the affiliate network website, then fill in all the fields in the "Global postback" tab. You need to insert the corresponding postback link taken from your tracker.

Select the sending method (Post or Get) depending on what your tracker requires.

After filling out the fields, click "Save".

Next, in the flow settings, check the "Use global postback" box if you want to enable it in the selected flow.

You can also configure postbacks for a specific flow individually. To do this, uncheck the "Use global postback" box in the flow, fill in the fields for the postback links, and then save the flow.
