Leads
Leads - is a page where you can view all the leads submitted by clients through your links.

Filter parameters
Filter parameters is a filter block that allows you to filter your entire list of leads to find the ones you need.
Filters:

Date from / to - allows you to filter leads for a selected time period.

Lead ID - find a specific lead by its unique ID.

Status - allows you to filter leads by their status. (Processing, Confirmed (Hold), Confirmed, Cancelled)

Trash leads - allows you to filter out trash leads according to our system.

Sub1-5 - allow you to filter leads by SubID.

UTM - allow you to filter leads by UTM tags.

Offer - filter leads by a specific offer.

Flow - allows you to filter leads by a specific flow. The displayed list of flows depends on whether a specific offer is selected (and which one specifically) in the "Offer" filter.

Country - allows you to filter leads by the client's GEO.

Currency - allows you to filter leads by the payout currency.

Landing page - allows you to filter leads by a specific landing page. You must first select an offer in the corresponding filter.

Pre-landing page - allows you to filter leads by a specific pre-landing page. You must first select an offer in the corresponding filter.

Mobile / Desktop - allows you to filter leads by the type of device from which the order was made.

Once the required filters are selected, click “Apply” to load the list of filtered leads. Alternatively, click “Clear” to clear the filters.

Data
Data - this block contains the list of leads filtered in the previous block.
ID - the unique lead number in our system. By clicking on it, you can navigate to the specific lead card.

Type - indicates the type of lead.

Lead creation date - the date and time when the lead was created and received by our system.

Time of data receipt in the Affiliate Network - the time of the lead status change (from Processing to other statuses - Confirmed / Confirmed (Hold) / Cancelled). It may differ from the actual lead status change time due to a delay in status data transmission from advertisers.

Offer - the name of the offer for which the order was generated. By clicking the name, you can see brief information about the offer, as well as navigate to its card by clicking “Details”.

Payout - the lead payout amount that will be credited to the balance if the lead moves to the “Confirmed” status.

Status - the current lead status. Lead statuses in the system are Processing, Confirmed (Hold), Confirmed, Cancelled.

GEO - the country of the client who placed the order. Determined by IP.

Trash - the trash status according to our system.

SubID1 - displays the first SubID of the lead respectively.

Flow - the ID of the flow to which the lead is linked. By clicking on it, you can navigate to the settings of this flow.
"Export to CSV" button - by clicking it, you can export the lead list in CSV format.
A maximum of 5000 records can be exported at a time.

Lead card
The Lead card opens when you click the ID of the target lead.

In it, you can see more detailed information about the order:

From site - link to the order page.

Price on site - the price the client sees on the landing page (if specified).

Webmaster payout - the payout to the balance (if the lead is in the “Confirmed” status).

SubID1-5 - detailed information on the lead's SubIDs.

UTM - more detailed information on the lead's UTM tags.

IP address - the address itself and the client's country determined by it.

Full name - the data the client entered in the name field of the order form.

Phone - the data the client entered in the phone field of the order form. The field is partially hidden with asterisks for data security.

Email - the client's email address.

Useragent - data about the client's device.

Country - the country specified by the buyer (the GEO of the offer to which the lead is actually credited).

Q: Can I get logs/call center call recordings for my leads?
A: Yes, this possibility must be agreed upon with the manager before the deal.
