Transferring leads from Facebook via ApiX-Drive
Integration with Facebook is done using the ApiX-Drive service.
You need to log into the service and click "Create connection":
Select the system as the Data Source. In this case, you need to select Facebook.

Next, you must specify the "Get leads" action:
The next step is to select the Facebook account from which leads will be exported.

If there are no connected logins in the system, click "Connect account".
Grant your permission for ApiX-Drive to work with this account.

Click "Edit settings" and check the boxes to grant access to the required pages.

We recommend granting access to all existing pages at once without worrying about confidentiality, as our employees do not have access to your ad account data.
Leave all access setting checkboxes checked.
Once the connected account appears in the "Active accounts" list, select it for further work.
Please note!
If the required ad page is not in the drop-down list, or if you gained access to new ad pages after connecting the ad account, you will need to reconnect your Facebook account.

To do this, follow these steps:
  1. Check if you have admin access to the required ad pages.
  2. Go to the Integrations section - Ad systems - Facebook and delete the connected account.
  3. Go to the main page and disable connection auto-update.
  4. Go to the connection at the Access stage in the Facebook Data Source and connect the account, click "Edit settings" in the window that appears, and check the boxes for all your available ad pages. If the window does not appear and your account is automatically picked up from the browser, repeat steps 1-2 by logging in through an incognito window in your browser.
  5. Set up the Data Source again and download the test data at the Test stage.
  6. If you have created other connections with Facebook, you need to go to these connections at the Access stage in the Data Source, select the connected account, and set up the Data Source again.
  7. If necessary, reassign new fields for the forms in the Data Reception settings.

Select the forms from which leads will be exported, or select the parameter to export from all existing and new forms automatically.

Please note!

If you changed the fields in the current form or added a new form in your Facebook account, you must pull the up-to-date data again in ApiX-Drive.

To do this, follow these steps:
  1. Go to the Access stage in the Data Source, and without changing anything, click "Edit and continue".
  2. Reselect the ad page and forms.
  3. Reach the Test stage and click "Download test data from Facebook".
  4. Once the up-to-date contact collection fields for all forms appear, go to the Edit Settings stage in Data Reception and assign these variables to the required fields in the reception system.
If necessary, you can configure the Data Filter, or click "Continue" to skip this step.
Now you can see the test data for one of the leads.

If your form is set up but the ad is not running, the contact data fields will be empty and will be filled with ApiX-Drive test data as an example.
It is highly recommended to wait for real lead data or manually generate test data in your Facebook account.
Please note!

If you selected multiple forms at once, a lead for one of the forms will load at this stage, but the fields configured across all forms will be loaded. That is, if you have the "first-name" and "phone_number" fields configured for one form, they will be populated, while the "full_name" and "phone_number" fields for another form will be empty. However, you need to assign all four of these fields in the Data Reception system, because when a lead arrives with those other fields populated, nothing will be exported to the fields of the Data Reception system.

This completes the entire data source setup. You can now proceed to set up the Data Reception system.
