Transferring leads from TikTok via Albato

Create a “Connection”
Create a “Connection” in Albato. This is where you configure what data to receive, where to receive it from, where to send it, and how to send it.
Click “Add a Connection” and select “TikTok Business” under App.
Give the “Connection” a name and click “Continue.”
Grant Albato access to TikTok by clicking “Grant Albato Access” and following the steps in the new window.
Once TikTok is connected, proceed to create an automation by clicking “Create an Automation.”
First, click “Add Trigger” and select TikTok.
Select the “Lead Created” event.
Next, select your connected TikTok Business account and choose the Lead Form you created.
Please note that the form must include the “Name” and “Phone Number” fields. If the offer requires an email address, add the “Email” field as well.
These fields are configured under Content → Finalize Form.
Next, proceed to “Add Action” and select “HTTP Request.”
Fill in the fields for data submission:

  • Offer ID — offer_id. The ID of the offer in onecrypt.link.
ip_address: 0.0.0.0
For name, phone, and email (if required), select “Custom from Fields” under “TikTok Business: Lead Created.”
  • country: Two-letter country code of the customer. For example: RU, UA, KZ.
UTM Parameters:
  • UTM Source — utm_source
  • UTM Medium — utm_medium
  • UTM Campaign — utm_campaign
  • UTM Content — utm_content
  • UTM Term — utm_term
Additional Information Fields:
  • Additional Info 1 — sub1
  • Additional Info 2 — sub2
  • Additional Info 3 — sub3
  • Additional Info 4 — sub4
  • Additional Info 5 — sub5

Click “Save.”
Start the Automation
Click the “Start” button.
From this point on, the data will be processed automatically.
How will it work?
  1. Data from the “Trigger” you configured will be sent to the automation for processing.
  2. All configured actions will be executed sequentially.
  3. All incoming data, along with its processing status and history, will be available in “History.”
