Transferring leads from TikTok via Webjack
Create a "Processing"
Create a "Processing" in Webjack. This is where you configure what to receive/from where, and where/how to transfer it.
Click the "Create" button.
Give the "Processing" a name and click "Save".
Add a "Data Source"
Add a "Data Source" by clicking the "Add" button.
Select a "Data Source"
These can be lead forms from Facebook, VK, myTarget (Odnoklassniki), Tilda, PlatformaLP, etc.
You can also select custom HTTP requests as a "Data Source". This is a universal way to receive custom requests from various services.
Depending on the selected source, you will have access to a list of fields that will be sent for processing.
For example, if you selected Facebook lead forms as the source, you will have access to at least the following fields:
Lead ID, Creation date and time, Ad ID, Ad name, Ad set ID, Ad set name, Campaign ID, Campaign name, Form ID, Form name, Page ID, Page name, Full name, Phone number.
You can use any of these fields when performing your desired actions.
Sending a lead to the Affiliate Network
Step 1. Add the "Send lead to Traffic Light" action
Select the "Send lead to Traffic Light" action.
Step 2. Fill in the fields in this action as shown in the screenshot:
Important: The IP address field must be filled in using the English keyboard layout (as bugs are possible due to periods typed in the Russian layout).
Below is a list of fields and their possible values:
Lead ID (id): Lead ID in your system. This can be a lead ID from TikTok, Facebook, or your own CRM.
  • Offer ID (offer_id): Offer ID in the affiliate network.
Flow ID (stream_hid): Flow ID in the affiliate network can be copied on the page Streams
IP address (ip_address): The lead's IP address. In cases where it is impossible to get the IP address, for example for TikTok or Facebook lead forms, etc., specify the IP address as 0.0.0.0
Buyer's full name (name): Name or full name of the buyer.
* Buyer's phone (phone): Buyer's phone. The number format can be anything.
Order comments (comments): Comments on the order.
* Buyer's country code (country): Two-letter code of the buyer's country. For example, RU, UA, KZ. Link to possible country code values in the "Alpha-2" column at the link https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_3166-1 
Buyer's address (address): Buyer's address.
Time zone (tz): A number corresponding to the time zone. For example, 3 for Europe/Moscow or 6 for the UTC+6 zone.
Webmaster ID (web_id): Webmaster ID in your system. Specify the value 0.
Buyer's Email (email): Buyer's Email.
User-Agent string (user_agent): Can be left empty. Identification string of the client application.

UTM tag fields:
  • UTM Source - utm_source
  • UTM Medium - utm_medium
  • UTM Campaign - utm_campaign
  • UTM Content - utm_content
  • UTM Term - utm_term
Fields for additional information:
  • Add. info 1 - sub1
  • Add. info 2 - sub2
  • Add. info 3 - sub3
  • Add. info 4 - sub4
  • Add. info 5 - sub5

Click the "Save" button.

Launch the Processing
Click the "Launch" button.
From this moment on, the data will be processed.
How will everything work?
  1. Data from the "Data Source" you configured will be sent for processing.
  2. All the actions you configured will be executed sequentially.
  3. All data received for processing, as well as their processing status and history, will be displayed in the "Operation history".
In case of any errors during processing, you will receive an email notification from Webjack.ru
